The 1,000 gong match is held the first Saturday of each month.  Matches begin at 10:00.  The match consists of 15 shots ( 3-5shot strings) at a 8" gong 1,000 yards down range. 

Winners are chosen for the most gongs hit and for the longest string of hits. 

Shooters should arrive early to zero their rifles and set up their bench.
