12. Fiduciary Responsibilities

The MGAC Officers and Board of Directors are committed to uphold and accountable to meet the fiduciary responsibilities of the Club. This includes, but is not limited to: Duty of Care; Duty of Loyalty; Duty of Obedience; Duty of Financial Oversight; Duty of Confidentiality
