All ranges subject to availability.

Morning Session 8:30 am -12:30 pm. Afternoon Session 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm. All Day Rentals 8:30 pm - 4:30 pm. All ranges must be cleared thirty minutes prior to MGAC closing time at 4:30 pm.

All range rentals and usage require a non-shooting NRA-certified Range Safety Officer (RSO). The RSO maybe provided by MGAC with a two week advance notice at a rate of $15.00 per hour plus tax which will be added to rental fee. If you have an RSO you must provide their NRA credentials before the rental begins. An RSO is required for each fifteen participants. If you are planning to rent the range for the purpose of delivering a class or class/training exercises please provide your instructor credentials/certification from the NRA, USCCA SIG SAUER, etc. at the time of this request. Instructors are required to provide a copy of your CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE, with a minimum liability coverage of $1,000,000 specifying Manatee County Gun & Archery Club, Inc. as a named insured.

Please specify the purpose of your range rental request. There is no charge for nationally recognized youth organizations such as 4-H, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Trail Life, Royal Rangers, JROTC, Sea Cadets, etc. A renter using a range who receives compensation for instruction is considered an instructor. Any renter who knowingly deceives or withholds that there is compensation and/or instruction will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund and will be barred from future range rentals at MGAC.
